Do guests need to download anything or make an account?

No. They open your link in any phone or computer browser and type the passcode, if you set one. That's all.

What if a guest asks something that isn't in our binder?

It tells them the binder doesn't say, and points them to the contact you've listed, instead of making something up.

Can I keep some details from certain guests?

Yes. Each link (for example, Guests, Bridal party or Vendors) only sees what you choose. Hidden details are removed from that link's copy of your binder entirely.
