The Bridal Binder

How it works

From binder to answers in minutes.

Here's everything that happens between uploading your binder and your guests getting answers.

1

Create your wedding

Sign up and give your wedding a name. Planners can run as many weddings as they like, and invite the couple (or their parents) to help.

2

Add your binder

Upload the binder you already have: PDF works best, and Word, PowerPoint, Excel, text files and photos are converted automatically. Add anything else you want in one place, like vendor contracts.

3

We check it for you

We read your binder and fill in a questionnaire of the details guests ask about most, marking anything your binder doesn't cover. We also flag details not every guest should see, like prices, surprises, personal phone numbers and gate codes.

4

Choose who sees what

Every wedding gets a Guests link and a Bridal party link, and you can add more, like Vendors. Tick which documents, questionnaire answers and flagged details each link can see. Anything a link can't see is removed from its copy of your binder.

5

Share the link

Add a short passcode if you like, then text the link, print it on the invitation, or put it on a card in the welcome bag. You can even give it a friendly name, like thebridalbinder.com/s/SamAndAlex.

6

Guests ask anything

Guests open the link on any phone, type the passcode, and ask. Answers come from your binder and link to the exact page, so they can see it for themselves. If your binder doesn't say, they're told so, and who to ask.

Private by design

Passcodes and guess limits

Each link can have its own passcode, and repeated wrong guesses are locked out. Changing a passcode signs everyone out of the old one.

Hidden means removed

Details you hide from a link aren't just covered up. They're taken out of that link's copy of your binder, and the AI answering that link never sees them.

Out of search engines

Wedding pages and binders are kept out of Google and other search engines. Only people with your link can find them.

Your content isn't used for training

Answers are written by Claude, made by Anthropic, whose commercial terms don't allow your binder or your guests' questions to be used to train its models.
